3. Payments & Pricing

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a custom payment plan is agreed upon.
We use secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, ICICI bank, Stripe etc.) to process transactions.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

For digital courses, once access is granted, refunds are not possible.
For service-based projects, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on project progress and agreements and/or contract signed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, materials, and resources on our website and in our courses are owned by The Brandroid Consultancy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials or code without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Brandroid Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or courses. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes (e.g., profitability, sales, followers on social media, rankings, or leads).

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
